For some of our features, including the School Challenge Grant Application, we need to collect sufficient information from Users such as name, title, school name, mailing address, email address, school administrator information, and other program eligibility information so that we may provide the service of that feature.
Highmark Healthy High 5 has established an online communication service by which Users may express their concerns and support for Highmark Healthy High 5’s mission and/or submit applications for the School Challenge Grant program. This feature requires the User to provide his or her contact information, including email address. This information will not be used for any purpose other than to identify the User. The email messages are retained by the system administrator indefinitely, and will not be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. The email messages may be shared with Highmark Foundation, and its affiliates, agents, and contractors who assist in providing support for Highmark Healthy High 5’s internal operations.
Highmark Healthy High 5 uses the information submitted by Users through this website to process grant applications, to provide improved service, to update information we have about Users, to provide Users with updated information, and to monitor the effectiveness of our online services. All data collected, stored, or transmitted is protected through the use of commercially reasonable computer security technology.
Highmark Healthy High 5’s website provides links to the websites of Highmark Healthy High 5 partners and other organizations.
